Services and Rates
Tutorrilo provides tutoring for Grade 1 to Grade 12 learners. All sessions are billed at an hourly rate of R250 per hour.

Trial Sessions
Each new student may book one free trial session. Additional trial sessions fall under the standard hourly rate.

Payment Terms
All sessions must be paid for upfront before tutoring begins. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and card payments.

Referral Discounts
Tutorrilo offers referral based discounts. The specific discount amount or benefit will be communicated directly to the referring client upon verification.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session at any time. If a prepaid session is cancelled, the remaining balance will remain as a credit on the client’s account unless refunded according to the refund policy below.

Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only for unused prepaid hours. Completed sessions are not eligible for refunds.

Price Adjustments
Tutorrilo may update its pricing from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect sessions that have already been paid for.
